Because we operate on tight wholesale margins and ship high-weight freight items, our refund policy strictly adheres to standard B2B commercial terms.
1. Order Cancellation & Buyer's Remorse

All Sales Are Final: Once an order has been picked, packed, or dispatched from our Dallas, Texas fulfillment hub, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size purchasing, or business project cancellations.

Sample Packs: We strongly encourage all new clients to purchase our low-MOQ "Sample Packs" to verify their local heat press time, temperature, and transfer color compatibility before committing to large-scale volume or pallet orders.
2. Damages and Transit Issues (100% Free Breakage Guarantee)
Ceramic items are inherently fragile, but your investment is 100% protected with us. We safely palletize and protect all shipments using heavy-duty industrial master cartons with shock-absorption dividers.
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If any items arrive damaged or broken during transit, we provide a 100% Free Replacement Service:

To Activate Your Claim: Email our support team at info@homevss.com with clear photographic evidence of the broken items and the outer shipping box within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Fulfillment: Approved claims will be fast-tracked in our system, and replacement inventory will be dispatched immediately from our Dallas, Texas warehouse with complimentary shipping.
3. Defective Coating & Quality Verification
If you experience unusual transfer issues, please contact our technical support team at info@homevss.com.

If a batch coating defect is verified by our laboratory, we will replace the unprinted blank inventory at our expense.

To be eligible for a defect replacement, the items must be unprinted, unused, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Liability Limitation: SIP Foundary is strictly a supplier of blanks and is not liable for any secondary costs associated with spent inks, transfer papers, labor, or ruined custom client projects.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Printed or Altered Goods: Any blanks that have already undergone sublimation, heating, or customization.

Dispatched Freight Orders: Standard volume/pallet stock once processed by our Dallas fulfillment hub.

Promotional Items: We do not accept returns on sale items, clearance stock, or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
Because we operate on a wholesale freight model, we do not offer standard commercial exchanges for alternative SKUs. If you require different product specifications, you must place a separate new order through our platform.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, qualified buyers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unprinted, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds & Replacements Processing
For approved quality or transit claims, our primary resolution is the immediate dispatch of replacement inventory. In rare instances where a financial refund is authorized by management:

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim or inspected the returned defective batch.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For all inquiries regarding return addresses, logistics coordination, or technical support, please contact us directly at info@homevss.com before attempting to send any physical inventory back to our Dallas, Texas warehouse.
